There are plenty of accommodation options near the place where the meeting will take place (very close to the city center). You can find a large choice of hotels with a wide range of prices on websites like Booking.com, Tripadvisor or Airbnb.

Nearby hotels such as Saray and Andalucía Center are particularly convenient (less than 10 minute walk) and offer an excellent quality/cost balance.
